Atlanta's Favorite Spots for July 4th Fireworks

Atlanta's Favorite Spots for July 4th Fireworks

When it comes to 4th of July celebrations, Atlanta's got dozens of options. Not sure where to go? We’ve rounded up our favorite picks for top-notch firework watching this Monday.

Centennial Olympic Park
In the heart of downtown, Centennial Olympic Park is always a city favorite for incredible fireworks. This is a free event. The gates open at 6:00 PM and this year will feature live music from Montell Jordan and J-Fly! Parking and traffic can be tricky, so we recommend grabbing a Lyft ride to and from the festivities. Fireworks start at 9:30 PM.

Lake Lanier Islands
Lakeside fireworks? Yes, please! Grab your beach towel and head toward Sunset Cove for a spectacular fireworks show over the water. The Lake Lanier Fireworks show will be Saturday, July 2nd and Sunday, July 3rd. Luckily, Lyft's coverage area extends all the way to Lake Lanier. Fireworks start at 9:30 PM.

Lenox Square Mall
Usually a top spot to see and be seen, on July 4th Lenox Mall becomes a top destination to see some of the best and brightest fireworks in the Southeast. This year will feature food and live music, including a Jimmy Buffet tribute band. Fireworks start at 9:30 PM.

Mall of Georgia’s Star-Spangled Fourth
This fireworks extravaganza will have live music, tons of people and a spectacular show. And the fun doesn’t end when the fireworks do! You can hang around for a movie screening of The Hunger Games: The Mockingjay Part 2. Fireworks start at 9:35 PM.

Wherever you want to go, Lyft can get you there. New passengers can get $10 off their first two rides with code JULY4ATL.

Have a safe and happy holiday!
