Valentine's Day in Music City

Valentine’s Day is coming in hot! Whether you’re looking to impress that special someone or use it as an excuse to spend an extra night out with your friends, we want you to make the most of it. Here are the top spots in Nashville to spend Valentine’s Day, according to last year’s Lyft ride data.

1. Acme Feed & Seed

No surprise here — between the live music and awesome parties, you really can’t go wrong with an evening at this Lyftie Award-winning establishment. This year, Acme is throwing a Valentine’s Day party on the rooftop, featuring performances by local pop artists MYZICA and Chaos Emeralds. If nothing else, you can fall in love with the city view from the rooftop at Acme!

2. Ryman Auditorium

Grab a few friends and rock out this Valentine’s Day with TESLA at the Ryman. This is a great opportunity to check out this historic venue and the legendary 80’s blues metal band. Never heard of the band? Take a quick listen to their popular hit ‘Love Song’ and really get yourself in the Valentine’s Day spirit!

3. Tin Roof Nashville

Tin Roof (another 2016 Lyftie Award-winner) is the perfect spot to dance the night away this Valentine’s Day. On Friday, February 10, Tin Roof is holding their annual ‘Bitter Ball’. This anti-Valentine’s Day celebration on Demonbreun will be filled with Nashville singles. Tickets typically sell out, so grab them while they last!

4.  The Mall at Green Hills

If you’re looking for a last minute gift for your special someone or a more traditional dinner & movie date, the Mall at Green Hills is a fantastic move for V-Day. Take advantage of the sales, grab some dinner, then end the evening over at Regal Green Hills for the latest hit movies (might we recommend 'La La Land'?).

5.  Country Music Hall of Fame

There’s something romantic about traveling through time and exploring the history of country music in Music City. Not to mention, museums are a fun choice for a first date since they’re full of conversation pieces. Current exhibits at CMHOF include Brad Paisley: Diary of a Player, Charlie Daniels: Million Mile Reflections, and Alabama: Song of the South. Hall of Fame hours on Valentine's Day are 9 AM - 5 PM — be sure to leave yourself at least 2 hours to fully enjoy the experience!
