We're excited to partner with the Colorado Brewer's Guild to bring you the fifth in our series of fun Thursday night brewery crawls! The Colorado Brewers Guild (CBG) is a 20 year old non-profit trade association that promotes and protects craft beer in Colorado. Every third Thursday of the month, CBG organizes five breweries to participate in a special Lyft promotion, giving you 25% off multiple rides to or from these breweries.
Prepare for this week's Thirsty Thursday with some fun facts from the February 16th brewery lineup in Denver:
Ratio Beerworks: The owners of Ratio Beerworks learned the craft of brewing in one of the motherlands of beer: Germany. Prost!
Spangalang Brewery: “Spangalang” is actually a jazz cymbal rhythm. The owners decided on this name because Five Points, the neighborhood Spangalang is in, used to be a main hub for jazz music in the United States.
Station 26 Brewing Co.: As the name suggests, Station 26 Brewing is located in a fire station. How many people can say they’ve drunk beer in one of those?
Mockery Brewing: Mockery Brewing owner and brewer, Zach Rabun, got his start at Coors Brewing Company in Golden, CO.
Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery: This brewery actively gives back to the community through its “Jagged Gives Program.” In a nutshell, Jagged Mountain works with approved non-profits to host events at their taproom. For every beer sold during the event, $1 is donated to the non-profit.
Head out in Denver for another tasty Thirsty 3rd Thursday and let Lyft and the Colorado Brewer’s Guild get you to and from each brewery safely. Claim your 25% off 3 rides below.
