Mindfulness, meditation, and movement come together in Scottsdale at the unique Wanderlust triathlon event Sunday, May 7, 2017. Three events will stretch the mind, body, and soul.
The day kicks off with a 5k “your way,” where participants may walk or run a 5k-ish to get the blood flowing. Next up is a 90-minute yoga class to the rhythms of a DJ followed by a 30-minute guided meditation to clear the mind and relax the body.
Afterward enjoy a picnic lunch and head over to an activity of your choice (chosen in advance), such as aerial yoga, acroyoga, hooping, walking meditation, or a community class, or just grab a seat and chill.
