Your Guide to June Events in NYC

We’re almost halfway done with 2017! Here’s our list of awesome events to check out this month in NYC:

  1. The Other Art Fair - With over 100+ emerging artists showcasing their artwork, visitors have a chance to meet with art enthusiasts from around the world. Don’t miss this event at the Brooklyn Expo Center, and use code LYFT at checkout for free tickets Friday through Sunday.

  2. Governors Ball - One of the most popular summer music festivals is back! Make sure you’re prepared by bringing sunblock, sunglasses, and a extra battery pack to charge your phone. Keep an eye out for our ambassadors in pink near the 125th subway stop in Manhattan during the afternoons and in Williamsburg for the after parties.

  3. Night Nation Run - The world’s first running music festival will feature lights, lasers, and DJs all focused on electronic dance music. Light up the night in costumes and celebrate with friends and family. Get $5 off your ticket with code word LYFT, and new Lyft users can use code NNRNY17 for $5 off two rides.

  4. The Weeknd at Barclay’s Center - The Weeknd is continuing the Starboy: Legend of the Fall 2017 World Tour in Brooklyn. Don't miss your chance to see the Starboy album performed live!

  5. Brew at the Zoo - Lions, Tigers, and beers, oh my! This fun event gives you access to a variety of beer tastings while hanging out with grizzly bears, sea lions, and more. Get your tickets before it sells out!

  6. Pride Parade - One of the biggest parades in NYC, the Pride Parade, is not to be missed. Look out for the Lyft float going down 5th ave! We’ll be handing out Lyft swag and dancing all the way down to Greenwich Village.
