As part of this partnership, Lyft purchased carbon emissions offset for every mile of Line rides for the film’s opening weekend. Additionally, passengers can continue receiving discounted Lyft Line rides to see “An Inconvenient Sequel,” and we're offering Lyft Line discounts in several of our top markets.
Climate change is one of the largest challenges of our generation. Lyft has worked to tackle this challenge by creating services that bring together more people in fewer cars to dramatically reduce carbon emissions.
We’re serious about taking further action to combat climate change. That’s why we joined former Mayor Michael Bloomberg, pledging our continued commitment to the Paris climate agreement.
