Welcome to the New Lyft
We’re rolling into 2015 with a brand new look, starting with the Glowstache. As the latest evolution of our iconic mustache, the Glowstache pays tribute to the spirit and personality of the original ’stache while delivering a more sophisticated, illuminated in-car experience.
We’ve also refreshed our creative. Our new color palette introduces a dynamic range of new hues, and we’ve tightened and tweaked our photography, videography, design, and copy styles to reflect the new us.

Drivers, Our Everyday Heroes
Leading the way for all this change is our amazing driver community. It’s been just over two years since we started Lyft, and every day we continue to be more and more inspired by the driver community. They lend helping hands — regardless of whether they’re in driver mode or not. They care deeply about their communities. They start the party. They are there when we need them, for the big and small moments in our lives. They are the ones who make our vision possible.
To celebrate the road ahead and say thanks, we’re throwing driver rallies across the country, starting with San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York. Attending drivers will receive new Glowstaches, get their cars detailed, and fuel up with food, music, and other festivities before hitting the road.
We’re also excited to announce four new partnerships specifically for our drivers:
Through a partnership with Intuit, Lyft drivers will get QuickBooks Self-Employed for free, and TurboTax Online at a largely discounted rate.
AutoNation helps drivers find the best deals on new or used cars.
We’ve teamed up with a leading insurance marketplace, so drivers can easily evaluate health care options that meet their needs.
As an ongoing partner in our Priceless Surprises campaign and sponsor of this week’s driver rallies, MasterCard is providing drivers with gas cards, redeemable at any Shell station across the country.
Today kicks off what will be our biggest year yet, and we hope you’re as excited as we are. Expect new app features, new faces, new cities (Welcome, Philly!), and much more.
