Back To School: Lyft San Francisco

Back To School: Lyft San Francisco

August has us wondering where summer vacation went. It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating graduation! This school year, we want to enhance your college experience, connect you with the tech industry, and even help you make some extra cash for those late night Taco Bell runs.

Become a Student Ambassador

Did you know Lyft has a student ambassador program? We're currently at schools across the Bay like San Jose State University and U.C. Berkeley. As an ambassador, you'll help spread the Lyft love around campus with swag, ride credits, and user knowledge. The program is flexible and provides opportunities to meet our in-house team while adding some business tactics to your resume.

One student had this to say:

"The Campus Ambassador program gives students the opportunity to learn and to drive marketing initiatives on their respective campuses, equipping them with marketable skills early in their college careers."

Partner with Lyft

We've partnered with thousands of school organizations, from educational departments to intramural teams, and we'd love to add you to the list. As a partner, we can provide customized new user codes, onsite ambassadors with games and swag, discounted rides to your events, and more. There are even opportunities to fundraise and earn money! Check out our partnerships page for more information.

Regardless of how you plan on spending your school year, one thing is sure: Lyft will be there to get you to and from campus. Ride with us to a tailgating event, Greek life party, or just to get to class (which we all know is your top priority, right?). Enjoy the school year and we'll see you around campus!
