UT SURE Ride Program: FAQs
Welcome to the SURE UT Ride program! You have received credits in your Lyft account that can be applied to Lyft Line rides from the UT Main Campus to residences from 11 PM to 4 AM nightly. Enjoy the ride!
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Does this replace the Lyft credits I was getting?
A: Yes, we've made some updates to streamline the program but you're still getting credits!
Q: Where exactly do my credits apply?
A: Credits apply for Lyft Line rides that start in the purple zone and end in a pink zone, for Line rides that start from 11 PM to 4 AM.
Q: Why do my credits expire soon?
A: Don't worry, you will automatically get new credits at the end of each expiration period.
Q: What if I run out of credits?
A: Credits are automatically added to your account periodically, but if you have used them up, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it.
Q: What if I want to opt out?
A: You can simply not ride, or opt out of receiving credits here.
